Internal Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Compliance Specialist to join our team at Service Graphics, LLC.
This role involves ensuring compliance with client contracts, SGI quality requirements, and ISO specifications by conducting thorough audits and inspections.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Responsibilities:- Audit Production Jobs:
- Inspect products, orders, projects, and services to determine compliance with job specifications, company's quality assurance system, shipping and packaging, and conformity to the ISO specifications.
- Evaluate job setup to safeguard item integrity and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Lead audits on all HIPAA and high-risk jobs to ensure quality and compliancy.
- Audit Fulfillment Activities & Inventory:
- Conduct inspection activities for product throughout the production cycle and order fulfillment.
- Maintain physical inventory counts on specific product lines and verify their accuracy.
- Carry out specified inventory control assignments and perform regular cycle counts.
- General Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead inspections of SGI's internal fire safety equipment, eye-wash stations, PPE, and internal emergency lighting system.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and aid in correcting any issues found.
- Conduct and lead aisle audits, FDA item audits, sensitive item audits, general warehouse integrity audits, and weekly temperature monitoring.
- Record Non-conforming Product Issues: Keep track of non-conforming (NCPR) product for both physical material as well as data control via various Microsoft suite programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: High school diploma required. 1-2 years of experience working in a production, service industry, quality, and ISO / CFR program.
- Language Skills: Proficient language skills, including excellent English writing and oral communication.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills, including percentages, addition, subtraction, and some statistical creation and analysis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand in one position for long periods of time, up to 85% of day. Must be able to move freely among warehouse racks.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with AS400 and Microsoft access. Familiarity with RF scanners and forklift operation (order picker, walkie-rider, reach trucks).
