Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key member of our recruiting team, overseeing compliance and risk management across our entire footprint.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearAbout the Role

You will serve as an expert on these matters, communicate effectively with various levels of the business, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as an expert on FCRA and ban-the-box legislation, providing guidance and support across the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance and manage risk by reviewing pre-employment background checks and making informed decisions.
  3. Develop effective operational partnerships, handle conversations with affected candidates and managers, and collaborate with our background check provider.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in multi-site field operations.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent writing skills, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate risk and make consistent decisions in a high-volume environment.
