Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our validation team, you will play a critical role in driving project success by supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution. You will ensure that our clients' products meet regulatory standards and quality requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively for project assignments and client engagements, adapting to different locations, cultures, and work environments.
  • Develop and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols for the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Apply risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze complex issues, think critically, and find effective solutions to drive project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, continuously learning and growing to expand your skills and expertise.
