Key Responsibilities of a Business Management Trainee:

- Address customer complaints, providing effective solutions and alternatives promptly, while ensuring follow-up for resolution and satisfaction.
- Take initiative and manage complex situations efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance team dynamics and boost sales performance.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our business and core values through daily meetings and networking with leadership.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, demonstrating quick thinking to identify needs and propose solutions.

Qualifications for Business Management Trainees:
- Preferred experience in management, sales, communications, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or communications.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
