About the Job
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. This role will involve planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities, producing menu items of exceptional quality, and maintaining a high-volume production schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
