Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Sous Chef to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in executing mise en place for service and maintaining the highest level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of the restaurant.


Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in preparing mise en place for service
  • Maintain the highest level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Punctual, hard-working, and dependable attitude
  • Full-time availability, including weekends
  • Knowledge of French cuisine is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
