Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare all served food to meet high standards of quality and presentation
  • Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring efficient service
  • Develop and maintain menu knowledge, including ingredients, cooking methods, and portion control
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to sanitation codes
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to prevent cross-contamination

This position requires a strong background in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields. Ideal candidates possess knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, as well as excellent attention to detail.
