**Estimated Salary Range:** Based on experience and location, the estimated salary for this position is between $30,000 - $50,000 per year. Bonus structures are available.

**Responsibilities:

  • Caregiving Duties:
  1. Deliver personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Administrative Tasks:
  1. Work closely with the Lead Caregiver to manage schedules, recruit new caregivers, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
