Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Office Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our office staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks:
  1. Support the Office Manager with administrative duties, such as preparing reports and documents.
  2. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Meeting Coordination:
  1. Schedule meetings and appointments for the Office Manager.
  2. Coordinate and organize meetings, including room reservations and catering arrangements.
Financial Support:
  1. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and budget management.
  2. Process invoices and maintain financial records.
Team Support:
  1. Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations.
  2. Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
