Job Summary:
This General Clerks/Secretaries (Levels II & III) role involves working closely with supervisors and staff to provide general office services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office routines and proficiency in office software, and will be able to perform clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meetings and events, and manage internal communications
- Order office supplies and handle copying, faxing, and graphic requests
- Manage records, data entry, and desktop processing
- Track correspondence and coordinate travel arrangements
- Oversee time and labor collection
- Support property coordination, office moves, and training sessions
- Assist with information services and special event coordination
Requirements:
A high school diploma is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of office experience or equivalent for a General Clerk II role. For a General Clerk III role, 2-4 years of office experience are preferred.
The successful candidate must be able to lift and move items weighing 20+ lbs. Experience with NASA or relevant contracts is a plus, and an active NASA badge is highly valued. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000. FedSync offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
