Job Description

This role is an integral part of our front office team, responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between patients, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage patient paperwork, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information
  • Cross-train on basic back-office functions to support the team's efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn dental software (Dentrix and Dolphin)
