About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Giant Food. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
