We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Professional Moving & Storage INC. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by offering product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and update customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate information
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services to provide expert support
