Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Greet and assist members in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions such as address updates, PIN resets, and other quick service requests.
- Communication: Screen calls and channel them to the appropriate staff member, ensuring that members receive the assistance they need.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as requested, including data entry and filing.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of receptionist/administrative experience required, with one year of sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, ability to navigate Microsoft Office suite and core system, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This position requires regular sitting, use of hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards or controls, and talking and hearing. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or kneel. Must regularly lift and/or move files and equipment up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pound objects.
