Job Description

Len The Plumber is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in our downtown Baltimore headquarters. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, converting service requests into booked appointments, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and Handle High-Volume Customer Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Convert Service Requests into Booked Appointments: Effectively communicate with customers to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect and Enter Customer Information: Accurately collect and enter customer data into our database, ensuring accurate records and efficient service delivery.
  • Meet Performance Objectives: Contribute to the department's success by meeting and exceeding performance targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

  • Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Organizational and Technical Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
