Compensation: $30 - $36.53/hr + Overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients across North America as part of the service team

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair company machinery with exceptional quality

• Engage in a comprehensive training program lasting approximately 5 - 6 months, with ongoing education on both existing and new products

• Execute basic retrofits, software installations, and customer training sessions

• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of documentation

• Work autonomously to resolve technical issues while fostering strong customer relationships

• Offer 24/7 on-call telephone support as part of a rotating schedule

• Comply with all organizational policies and procedures

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management

• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of a major International Airport

Travel Requirements
  • 100% travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a passport and rent vehicles
  • Overnight travel is mandatory
Physical Demands

• Capable of heavy lifting, climbing, pushing, and/or pulling objects exceeding 70 lbs.

• Able to work in extreme conditions, including but not limited to hot, cold, or dirty environments

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred: Two-year technical degree in engineering or a related field, or a combination of training and work experience

• Required: 2 or more years of experience in technical service, field service, repair, or customer support

• Strong background in electrical and computer systems with advanced diagnostic skills

• Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems, or mechatronics is essential

• Familiarity with company equipment is advantageous

• Experience using hand tools and measurement instruments is required

• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills

• Capable of conducting root cause analysis, documenting findings, and communicating effectively with both external and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
