Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and execute system integration engineering projects related to ECU tools. This role is crucial in enhancing the development processes of our customers in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ECU tools-related system integration projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Provide expert technical assistance to clients through various communication channels, including virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Drive the resolution of critical customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Bosch products and customer applications, focusing on ECU instrumentation and related tools.
  • Facilitate technical communication with customers, delivering presentations and managing project-related action items.
  • Support the growth of the ETK Integration Services team by identifying new business opportunities and improving internal processes.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and assist fellow engineers with application knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle electronics and communication protocols.
  • Experience in software development, testing, debugging, and system integration.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking software such as Team Foundation Server or Jira.
  • Experience with embedded software calibration processes of major OEMs.
  • Experience in leading training sessions and creating training materials.
  • Familiarity with ETAS hardware and software products.
