Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute technical design and engineering responsibilities for various projects
  • Foster client relationships and serve as a communication bridge between office and field teams
  • Organize and schedule field service crews for construction tasks
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines
  • Implement programs for materials testing and pavement assessments
  • Provide leadership and oversight for construction supervision efforts
  • Conduct inspections to verify completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate efforts among agencies, contractors, and municipal departments
  • Review and analyze project drawings and specifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, ESRI/Arc GIS, BS&A software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
