Position Overview:
As an Automotive EMC Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive business development initiatives, address technical inquiries, and analyze International/OEM EMC specifications while supporting client visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass the following:

  • Assist Account Executives in business development efforts.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships, acting as the technical liaison from pre-sales to project initiation, aiming to become the trusted advisor for customers.
  • Engage in strategic and tactical account planning alongside Account Executives and management.
  • Conduct customer discovery discussions to identify and document business needs and regulatory requirements for optimal solution formulation.
  • Develop test plans in accordance with domestic and international product standards.
  • Create, customize, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Stay updated on changes and advancements in International/OEM test standards, methodologies, and policies related to existing and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor industry technology trends through self-study and formal training, sharing insights with clients.
  • Participate in automotive standard organizations and industry groups.
  • Support the education and enhancement of Account Executives' understanding of regulatory requirements and applicable International/OEM EMC specifications.

Qualifications:
This position may be suitable for you if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an EMC or Electrical Testing Laboratory.
  • Experience as an EMC Test Engineer.
  • Exposure to various industries, including Automotive Components, IT, consumer goods, machinery, and laboratory equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment and/or project management.
  • Proven organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting the sales team.
