Front Desk Agent

Hotel Equities is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hotel Northland in Green Bay, WI. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, register them into the computer, and provide accurate and timely information and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information and services.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to sell rooms, including re-rents and last rooms available, and promote hotel amenities and outlets to increase revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably with a major hotel chain such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
