About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Customer Advocate to join our team at IRONSCALES Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance in the use of our email security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the IRONSCALES brand and value proposition through exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer adoption of our products and drive business growth.
  • Onboarding and Operational Support: Facilitate onboarding processes for new accounts and provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our solutions.
  • Renewal and Upsell: Manage the renewal process to ensure long-term customer retention and growth, and identify opportunities to upsell our services and products to existing customers.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement: Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS technology client-facing role, leading and engaging with customers, technologists, or partners.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of strategic sales processes and effective negotiation skills.
  • Education: 4-year degree is desirable, but not required.
