Senior Customer Success Advocate

Job Description:
At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping public safety agencies achieve their goals through effective technology solutions. As a Senior Customer Success Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to increase customer adoption and retention.
- Provide proactive and reactive advocacy for customers, acting as a quarterback to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, public safety, or project management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven system for tracking multiple customer requests, issues, and strategic plans.
- Ability to understand the needs of the client and deliver on those needs.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
