Customer Success Specialist - COD Operations

At United Parcel Service Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist - COD Operations to join our team. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments to respond to internal and external customer requests, resolve customer issues, conduct research, and generate reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance department to adhere to deposit reconciliations.
  • Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal, external customers and shippers.
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to form good partner relationships across functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Bookkeeping)
