Customer Success Specialist - COD Operations
At United Parcel Service Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist - COD Operations to join our team. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments to respond to internal and external customer requests, resolve customer issues, conduct research, and generate reports.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance department to adhere to deposit reconciliations.
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal, external customers and shippers.
- Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
- Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to form good partner relationships across functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Bookkeeping)
