Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Advocate team at New Relic. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, expansion, and adoption of our platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing renewals and mitigating churn for both serve self and subscription customers
- Supporting customer onboarding and account health checks, facilitating customer education and enablement
- Growing revenue at renewal time and throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as increasing CRR (consumption run rate) for PAYG (Pay as you go) Customers
- Engaging with accounts at key moments in the customer journey and being their voice within New Relic
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in a quota carrying role, renewals or customer success role in the SaaS industry
- Building, analyzing, and interpreting datasets
- Interacting with internal and customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Identifying key goals and steering customers with value-based discussions
