Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Remote

Compensation: $32- $37/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • The position entails managing a significant volume of tasks, including intricate calendar coordination and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a multitude of information and requests, ensuring that appropriate urgency is assigned, overseeing and tracking executive meetings, priorities, and communications, and acting as a representative when required. Additionally, this role includes managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and all administrative support functions for the office.
  • This position is also responsible for handling multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow-up, and preparation) for the executive, ensuring timely and appropriate action on deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, possess exceptional attention to detail, make informed and timely decisions, and respond with the necessary urgency to situations that require quick turnaround.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information is essential, along with a professional demeanor when interacting with senior executives both within and outside the organization.
  • A minimum of two years of college education is required.
  • This role necessitates 1-2 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs) and proficiency in PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
