Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior CISA officials, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing other administrative support with the utmost attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for senior CISA officials
  • Providing administrative support to CISA executives, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Developing and analyzing internal administrative policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners on administrative tasks
Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • One year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent
  • Experience with scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to senior executives
