About the Role

At ALLO Communications, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative fiber services. As a Business Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our fiber internet, TV, and phone services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Present and promote ALLO's fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience driving business growth in an outside business-to-business sales environment.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills.
