About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Sales Team at AppFolio. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing SMB-level opportunities
  • Manage pipeline and work activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date forecasts
  • Network, build relationships, and execute service agreements to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the SMB space or a Business Development Representative role at a SaaS/tech company
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven record of success achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Solid understanding of technical applications used for selling, such as MS Office Suite and Zoom
What We Offer

As an Account Executive at AppFolio, you can expect a competitive base hourly wage of $27-36, plus additional benefits and bonuses/commissions based on your role and employment type. Regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits, and we accept applications on an ongoing basis.
