Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Manager

Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of our innovative linear generator technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of our linear generator technology.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering projects.
  • Manage and execute engineering projects from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
