Commercial Sales Account Executive

Apple Roofing is seeking a skilled Account Executive to enhance our commercial sales division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen and communication abilities, with a willingness to engage in the commercial roofing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with prospective clients to explore business opportunities.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the local community and surrounding regions.
3. Accurately document client interactions and relevant information in our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with management to devise sales action plans, strategies, and objectives.
5. Generate detailed sales estimates for potential projects.
6. Ensure seamless service delivery for existing clients.
7. Execute direct marketing initiatives to promote our services.
8. Actively participate in company sales events and training sessions.
9. Conduct quality assurance checks on products and service delivery.
10. Address sales inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
11. Establish and nurture positive business relationships to secure future sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
- Experience in commercial construction is advantageous.
- Previous experience in bidding and estimating is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of climbing stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to walk long distances.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy environments.
