Technical Infrastructure Integration Lead

Overview:
Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is a pivotal team responsible for managing one of the largest cloud infrastructures globally, which underpins all Microsoft online products and services, as well as driving Microsoft's 'Cloud First' strategy.
Role Summary:
The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) - AI Leases plays a crucial role in overseeing the integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities for Microsoft-owned systems and services. This position is essential for ensuring that critical infrastructure is effectively installed in new data center builds or leased facilities, thereby supporting business capacity in the designated metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
The ITIM will:
- Manage the program for all integration and technical infrastructure activities.
- Identify and oversee scopes and interdependencies among various stakeholders, ensuring coordination with construction teams and general contractors.
- Facilitate the handover process, ensuring all necessary documentation and expectations are met for operational teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, executing key milestones related to infrastructure readiness.
- Lead the DCI scope of work across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with substantial experience in IT fit-out or construction project management. A strong background in safety management on construction projects is also required.
Preferred Skills:
Certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) as a PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly desired, along with experience in managing large-scale data center projects.
Work Environment:

Accountability:
The ITIM will be responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget concerning integration activities.
