Position Responsibilities: The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) will leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to oversee the integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities for Microsoft-owned systems and services. This role is essential for ensuring that critical infrastructure is properly installed in new data center builds or leased facilities.

The ITIM will:

  • Identify and manage project scopes and interdependencies among all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with construction efforts.
  • Coordinate the handover process, ensuring all necessary documentation and expectations are met for operational teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, executing major milestones and overseeing financial approvals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT fit-out or construction project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Safety Management within construction or fit-out projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with telecommunications design/installation is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale data center projects.

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year, with variations based on specific work locations.

This role is designed for an individual contributor who will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of integration and technical infrastructure projects.
