Business Development Associate

At Titanml, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business-to-business relationships, generating leads, and creating sales and marketing tools to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Generate and qualify sales leads to drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in generating and closing sales leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
