Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at TriCom Quest. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and growing accounts in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office Suites
