Administrative Support Coordinator

The Administrative Support Assistant position at SOFT COMPUTER CONSULTANTS is an entry-level role that provides administrative support services to various departments within the company. This opportunity allows the individual to learn and advance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Office Support department and other internal departments as needed.
- Assist in training entry-level Office Support Assistants for future advancement.
- Prepare supplies for new employees and collect supplies for departing employees.
- Maintain the department supply cabinet and required inventory for client training manuals.
- Assist with lunch distribution for employees and clients.
- Comply with all approved procedures, directives, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Business Certification is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working in a business environment is required.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required.
- Must be detail-oriented.
