Job Title: Business Development Manager - AC Mitigation/Cathodic Protection Solutions

Bay Shore Staffing Inc is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our AC Mitigation/Cathodic Protection solutions in the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan, identifying new markets and opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly within existing key clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Promote our AC Mitigation/Cathodic Protection solutions, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to increase visibility and establish new contacts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to recruit and develop a high-performing business development team.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the energy or engineering sector.
  • Strong background in AC Mitigation/Cathodic Protection, Corrosion Control, or Lightning Protection.
  • A proven track record of sales and business development success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • BSc/BA in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
