Lead Business Growth with HART GROUP

HART GROUP is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business growth and sales leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
