Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trump Miami Resort Management LLC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director/Executive Committee Member, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director/Executive Committee Member, including typing, filing, answering correspondence, and maintaining appointment calendars.
  • Communication: Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents as directed. Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all files and equipment are up-to-date and properly stored.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for the Managing Director/Executive Committee Member, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • General Office Duties: Perform other general office duties as required, including answering phones, taking messages, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Additional training and education is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Requires 5 years of administrative support experience. Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort is essential.
