ROLE OVERVIEW

In this position, reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will take charge of the stockroom, ensuring efficient processing and management of inventory. You will collaborate with the Floor Manager to make strategic decisions that drive success.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in all store operations, ensuring that our brand is represented in the best light.
  • Timely execution of tasks, maintaining inventory levels, processing stock intake, and organizing replenishment efficiently.
  • Handling products with care, ensuring proper tagging and organization.
  • Effective communication with team members and management to ensure alignment between front and back of house.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized back of house to meet our standards.
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures to minimize stock loss and training others accordingly.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Overseeing transfers and recalls of merchandise.
  • Collaborating with the management team on visual merchandising, ensuring accurate product replenishment and density on the sales floor.
  • Prioritizing health and safety by keeping the workspace organized and clear.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in a stockroom or back of house environment is preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Quick and efficient planning and organization skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or late shifts as needed.
  • A positive and diligent work ethic.
