Job Summary: We invite you to join our Miami team as a Logistics and Inventory Specialist. In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring the organization and replenishment of stock across various departments, including party supplies and toys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate handling equipment to load and unload products.
  • Receive and manage warehouse stock items (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Conduct inventory checks and uphold quality standards for audits.
  • Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with schedules (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Restock inventory and maintain an orderly storefront.
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Worker.
  • Familiarity with contemporary warehousing practices and techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to lift heavy items and remain on foot for extended periods.
  • Current forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
