Position Overview:

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Vuori, you are an integral part of the store team. Your proactive approach, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills are essential for ensuring efficient inventory management. Working closely with the Inventory Lead, you help create a positive shopping atmosphere for both customers and the sales team, aligning with the business's needs.

  • Foster enduring relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to provide outstanding service.
  • Keep the backroom area organized and orderly.
  • Manage daily restocking and destocking tasks.
  • Ensure the back of house area is well-organized.
  • Oversee supply management and communicate restocking requirements.
  • Assist in weekly planning and reorganization to accommodate incoming shipments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee timely receipt and processing of all incoming shipments.
  • Support manual restocking efforts to maintain a fully stocked sales floor.
  • Engage in weekly inventory counts.
  • Quickly identify and report any product discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to work early mornings or late evenings as required.
  • Punctuality in adhering to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and team members.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick understanding of new procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards to assist the VM team during monthly product rotations.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
