Job Description

Position Title: Inventory Control Associate

Role Overview:
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for accurately tracking the status of incoming merchandise. Your primary duties will include ensuring that no damaged items are accepted and verifying that all deliveries correspond with the packing lists provided. You will also be tasked with updating inventory records as new products are received, utilizing our computer ERP systems for documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming goods and their locations.
  • Conduct inspections to confirm the condition of received items.
  • Cross-reference packing lists with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize ERP systems to update inventory as products are received.
  • Document inventory changes as necessary.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in data entry and management within computer systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Desired Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type:
This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse setting, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
