  • Organize and distribute deliveries to the relevant departments within the facility.

  • Report any defective materials or concerns to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
  • Maintain records of all incoming shipments.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts to aid the plating team in preparing parts for vendor processing.
  • Notify procurement and planning teams of any discrepancies in inventory.
  • Execute inventory transactions in the system to accurately reflect the physical movement of materials.
  • Package and dispatch parts for processing, including plating and assembly.
  • Ensure a consistent supply of shipping materials is available.
  • Keep the workspace and equipment clean and orderly, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping or warehouse setting.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying work hours as required by the company.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; must be able to communicate effectively in English with vendors.
