About the Role:

Are you passionate about enhancing the execution of IT initiatives? We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Project Coordinator to lead a project focused on delivering automation solutions for various applications. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to manage significant technology projects across diverse business sectors.

This position entails the planning, coordination, oversight, and execution of complex, large-scale projects to achieve organizational objectives. The successful candidate will ensure the effectiveness of key project management elements such as planning, budgeting, and risk management. Strong project management capabilities, along with experience in organizing, planning, and executing extensive projects from inception to completion, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive automation projects, including defining scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • Administer technical, financial, and scheduling aspects of assigned tasks.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills to engage multidisciplinary teams in addressing business requirements for assigned projects.
  • Guide project team members, including executives and subject matter experts, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Automation program by providing training, mentoring, and instructional resources to enhance the capabilities of the automation team.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, application interaction analysis, and provide support for system integration testing and automation monitoring.
  • Develop project management plans, set clear expectations, conduct governance reviews, and ensure adherence to organizational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure requirements are collected, documented, reviewed, and approved according to organizational standards.
  • Work with assigned schedulers to create a work breakdown structure that outlines all necessary activities for project deliverables.
  • Manage project finances, maintain financial plans, track actuals against projections, and provide monthly forecasts.
  • Deliver high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including weekly updates and dashboards.
  • Continuously monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, milestone achievements, and overall quality of project outputs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • 6+ years of robust Project Management experience.
  • Prior experience with automation projects is essential.
  • Comprehensive Project Management experience managing financials, schedules, scope, and testing, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to data protection guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the utility sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Position Schedule: This role follows a standard 5x40 work schedule and is fully remote.
