Position Overview

The role of the Project Manager is crucial in overseeing both commercial and residential HVAC initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily construction operations in collaboration with field personnel, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Manager, Estimators, Consultants, subcontractors, and relevant departments, utilizing approved plans and materials.
  • Guide and mentor the Assistant Project Manager to enhance performance efficiency.
  • Implement work in accordance with shop drawings, specifications, construction timelines, and method statements.
  • Support the technical team with challenges as directed by senior management.
  • Track work progress against construction schedules and provide site reports as per the project reporting framework.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities, documenting progress and identifying potential issues.
  • Maintain site management information systems, recording daily activities and circumstances that may affect the project.
  • Regularly update senior management on project status, emphasizing program adherence, quality, variations, client concerns, and other pertinent factors.
  • Review plans for precision, ensure the availability of adequate information, and utilize only current revisions of issued-for-construction drawings, removing all outdated versions from the site.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC design regulations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, working under pressure, and meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Adept at managing sensitive and confidential information.
