Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and project progress updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Provide project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong project management experience with a focus on Windows Upgrade projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project financials, schedules, scope, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience working in the Utility industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with organizational change management (OCM) activities.
