Role Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee our commercial project sites.

This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the effective management of construction activities, guaranteeing that projects are completed within stipulated timelines and budgets while adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

As the on-site leader, you will coordinate a diverse workforce, manage subcontractors, and act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight: Direct on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and plans.

Project Coordination: Create and modify project timelines to respond to evolving conditions and priorities.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Perform regular site evaluations, enforce safety measures, and ensure compliance with local building regulations.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and the project management team, providing updates and addressing issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting:
Keep thorough project records, including daily logs, safety documentation, and quality assurance reports.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with the project and formulate strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5+ years in a supervisory capacity within commercial construction, with a proven track record of completed projects.


Technical Skills:
Ability to interpret blueprints, understand construction processes, and utilize project management software effectively.

Leadership:
Proven capability to lead and inspire teams, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Certifications:
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are highly regarded.
