Position Summary:
We are seeking an HR Director responsible for steering essential HR functions and spearheading the development, execution, and evaluation of initiatives and policies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role involves providing leadership and support to the HR team while ensuring the effective management of processes such as recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Formulates and ensures the effective execution of plans, systems, policies, and processes for talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Talent Development:
    • Designs and supervises training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Identifies high-potential talent and develops career progression pathways.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Creates and implements initiatives to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
    • Provides coaching and mentorship to managers and executives.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develops strategies to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
    • Measures and analyzes employee engagement metrics to inform improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation strategies, talent management, market trends, and succession planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
