Job Description

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for Residential Sales. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze territory and develop sales programs to attract competitor accounts and new customers.
  • Create and develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Manage customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow existing customers' business.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development.
  • Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that can manage time independently.
  • Strong business/problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
