Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a residential property. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless leasing experience for prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire leasing process, including:
    • Inputting incoming leads into our tracking system and responding promptly.
    • Coordinating property tours and appointments based on prospective tenants' needs.
    • Conducting in-person, virtual, and video tours to showcase available units.
    • Following up with prospects and managing applicant approvals.
    • Facilitating move-ins and addressing lease inquiries.
    • Serving as the primary contact for new tenants until their move-in date.
  • Provide pricing insights based on feedback from property tours.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive properties in the area.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and scheduling.
  • Act as the point of contact for lease renewals and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up skills and maintain professional communication.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • 1-3 years of experience in residential leasing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed.
  • Consistent employment history with solid references.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial.
  • Real Estate Salesperson License is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple properties as needed.
